As the voice of the mining industry in Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Mining Association regularly engages with elected provincial and federal members and Ministry officials to support advocacy efforts. Our efforts strive to be data-informed, and solutions oriented. Regular engagement with both federal and provincial governments; notably Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), Transport Canada and provincial – Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Energy and Resources, Trade and Export Development, Labour Relations and Workplace Safety, Ministry of Highways, Ministry of Justice and SaskPower.
