Attached is the current version of the Saskatchewan Mining Association (SMA) Injury Reporting Requirements (Version 4.0 – issued December 4, 2020) as well as the current version of the Monthly Reporting Template (October 2020).
These documents are to be used as a reference when member companies are reporting SMA safety statistics to LRWS/MSU and to the SMA.
